		<description>Yes - this section can completely be bypassed.  Not every team has the lab assets (as you note) or even the challenge of having multiple configurations for validation.  One of the main design philosophies of Quality Manager was to be process and situation agnostic.  Quality Manager is supposed to conform to the needs of the quality assurance team, not the other way around.</description>

		<description>Test Lab Management ... great feature .. but what happens if you don&#039;t have such a luxury ... what if the test manager is the test writer, script writer and tester too ... no machine resources etc ... can this section be bypassed ? does that affect the EWI&#039;s</description>
